Lee Yoo Ri always brings an intensity to her roles that draws you in and completely connects you to her, and this time is 10x more intense. All cast members, including the child and supporting actors, do an outstanding job in their respective roles.

But suspicions continue to build when her lies, schemes, and tricks don’t seem to add up. With Lie After Lie, the trend of addictive makjang, that are tightly paced to keep audiences on the verge of losing their minds, continues. Although the story is well-known, the twists and turns keep you on the edge of your seat, leaving you with an engaging, thrilling and unpredictable storyline that will keep you guessing until the end.
Hard Pill to Swallow
The plot of this drama is a little entangled for the average viewer. The first half of the series is slow-burning, but it has a strong narrative. Despite its flaws, the drama is still worth watching for the entertainment value alone. It hides its imperfections by constantly flooding you with scenes that make you want more.
