On Monday, BTS member V posted two videos on his Instagram stories. Translated by fan account @doyou_bangtan on Twitter, his Korean message thanked fans for worrying about him and said he’s fully recovered thanks to them. His message in English was, “You’re sweet to worry. Have a good day.”
Today, BigHit Music announced on Weverse that V, real name Kim Taehyung, has fully recovered from Covid-19. His quarantine has been concluded as of today, February 2, 2022. V has been cleared to go back to his work activities.
V did not exhibit severe Covid-19 symptoms. He had a sore throat and a slight fever, which were immediately treated at home. BigHit Music thanked fans for their concerns as well as the medical field for their efforts in controlling the pandemic.
V is the fifth member of BTS to catch the disease.
