BLACKPINK’s pre-released track “Pink Venom,” from their second full-length album “Born Pink,” reached 700 million views on YouTube.
According to their label YG Entertainment, the song’s music video surpassed 700 million views on YouTube at exactly 12:41 pm, 350 days after its release on August 19.
The group set a Guinness World Record for female acts after “Pink Venom” accumulated 90.4 million views in the first 24 hours following its release. BLACKPINK became the fastest KPop girl group to surpass 100 million views on YouTube, with a mark of 29 hours and 35 minutes.
“Pink Venom” has reached No. 22 on the Hot 100 main songs chart of the U.S. Billboard and the British Official Singles Chart Top 100.
