BTS Siren Jimin’s solo track Filter trends worldwide for its achievements two years after its release. The song is the 8th track on BTS’ multi-awarded album Map of the Soul: 7

Jimin’s song Filter sold 500,000 units in the United States. This made him the first and only Korean soloist to have three tracks that sold more than 500,000 copies. His first and second songs, Lie and Serendipity, sold 500,000 units.

With that, Filter becomes Jimin’s third solo track eligible for RIAA Gold Certification in the US. The Recording Industry Association of America certification is based on the number of albums and singles sold.

Filter also extends its record for the most no.1 B-side track in iTunes history after the song achieved #1 on iTunes Canada. It is the 116th country that the song topped. The song also made history as it reached 267,000,000 streams on Spotify.

Jimin’s achievements show how BTS is unafraid to make and break their records. ARMYs continue to celebrate Jimin’s achievements on several platforms with the hashtags #BTS_Filter and #Jimin. Congratulations, Jimin and ARMY, for another record broken and made.
