BTS’ V is the latest member of the worldwide KPop sensation to release his track ahead of his solo album debut.
As of Saturday, his track “Rainy Days” has topped iTunes Top Song Charts in not one, and certainly not two, but 70 countries worldwide. Rainy Days, a soft R&B track showcasing his daily activities, art, and creativity, debuted first in Australia, Cambodia, Brazil, Egypt, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Ukraine, Spain, and 57 other countries. His other track, “Love Me Again,” ranked first in Argentina, Bulgaria, Japan, Singapore, Egypt, and 17 more.
“Rainy Days” and “Love Me Again” are pre-released tracks from V’s solo album “Layover.”
Rainy Days is currently trending at #1 on YouTube’s Music Section in over five countries: Australia, Canada, Maldives, Russia, and Vietnam. The official music video garnered over ten million views and was praised for showcasing V’s skills creatively. His alter ego Vante also made an appearance.
V’s highly-anticipated debut album “Layover” is scheduled to premiere on September 8, 2023.
