BTS’ Yet to Come Makes History as Biggest Spotify Debut for a Korean-language Song

KPop luminaries BTS once again are at it again. Their anthology album Proof debuted #1 on the iTunes top albums chart in over 65 countries. Now, their title track ‘Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)’ smashes more records as it debuts at #3 on Spotify’s Daily Global Top 200 Chart.

They broke their own-set record for the highest first-day streams for any Korean-language song in Spotify history, obtaining 7,186,605 streams on its first day.

The Avante-Garde B-side track RUN BTS also entered the Top 10, charting at #6. It attained 5.4 million streams on the first day of its release. It set a record for the most listened-to B-side track by a Korean act. Their song For Youth charted at #11 and Born Singer at #16. Their debut track, No More Dream, debuted at #69.

BTS achieved a total of 28 tracks on the Global Top 200 on June 10.

PROOF accumulated over 56.7 million cumulative streams on Spotify on the first day of its release. BTS’ anthology album now holds the record for the album with the biggest debut streams by a Korean act in both 2022 and Spotify history.
