South Korean supergroup BTS added two new awards in their long-list of achievements after winning big at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, one of the most anticipated award-giving American music industry.
On Tuesday (US time), the Bangtan Boys received the award for the Best Music Video for their 2021 hit single “Butter.”
This is the third consecutive time for the septet to win the said award. First was in 2020 for the video of “Boy With Luv,” followed by the video for their 2021 megahit “Dynamite.”
They also earned the Best Fan Army award for their global fandom ARMY for the fifth time in a row.
The boys were not able to attend the awards show, but they sent a recorded acceptance speech through a video link.
“Your love and support brought us the awards, and it means everything to us that we have ARMY,” the group stated. “We have always been together, and ARMY, you’re always amazing. You are the best. Thank you.”
