Singer-actress IU is officially off the hook from plagiarism complaints, her agency EDAM Entertainment revealed Monday, September 4.
According to the agency, the investigative team handling the case decided to drop the criminal allegations against IU on August 24 because the complaints did not constitute a crime.
Also, the agency restated that their artist have no participation in the composition process for the five song allegedly plagiarized. She also did not participated in composing a section of the sixth song cited by the person who filed the case.

IU is currently gearing up to release her live concert film “IU Concert: The Golden Hour” in Korea on September 13. The film will also have a worldwide release on September 28 and 29.
