Kai, a member of KPop supergroup EXO, will hold a fan meeting on May 9 for exols at Yes 24 Live Hall in Gwangjin District, Eastern Seoul. The fan meeting is free of charge, and fans who couldn’t attend can watch the fan meeting through livestream on EXO’s YouTube channel. According to reports, the decision to hold the fan meeting free of charge was because Kai’s military enlistment was a sudden decision.
EXO’s label SM Entertainment announced that Kai could no longer defer the enlistment due to the Military Manpower Administration’s recent policy change. Due to the sudden decision, EXO had to postpone their schedule as they were gearing up to release a new album in the latter half 0f 2023. The planned comeback would’ve been EXO’s first album with all eight Korean members in four years.
After receiving basic military training, Kai would serve as a social service agent.
KAI’s third mini-album, “Rover,” was released on March 13, 2023, with six songs on its tracklist: Rover, Black Mirror, Slidin’, Bomba, Say You Love Me, and Sinner.
