Landscape Entertainment revealed the heartbreaking news about the sudden death of actress Kim Mi Soo on Wednesday, January 5. She was only 30 years old.
The management agency released a statement regarding the actress’ passing, saying:

Today, we deliver the most tragic and heart-wrenching news. Actress Kim Mi Soo has left this world abruptly on January 5.
After hearing the sudden news, Kim Mi Soo’s family has fallen into deep grief.
Please refrain from any speculations or rumors regarding the actress, so that the deceased’s family may send her off respectfully.
The funeral will take place privately per the family’s wishes.
We ask that you pray safe passage for the late actress, and also offer our deepest mournings.”
Drama fans will recognize Kim Mi Soo as one of the supporting cast members of JTBC’s historical drama “Snowdrop.” She portrays the role of Yeo Jung Min, a dorm mate and close friend of lead character Eun Young Ro, portrayed by BLACKPINK’s Jisoo. It means “Snowdrop” is not the actress’ final project.
Aside from “Snowdrop,” Kim Mi Soo also joined the cast of some of the recently concluded hit dramas, including Netflix’s “Hellhound” and “The School Nurse Files.” She also appeared in tvN’s “Yumi’s Cells” and “Hi Bye Mama.”
