After weeks of speculations, actor Park Bo Gum officially made THEBLACKLABEL his new management agency.
The announcement was made public on Monday, January 30, after the agency released a statement regarding their agreement with the drama actor.
“We have signed a management contract with Park Bo Gum, who is one of South Korea’s leading actors and who has been receiving the love and trust of the general public while switching back and forth between the small and silver screens,” the agency stated.
Park Bo Gum used to be managed by Blossom Entertainment until their exclusive contract expired in December 2022.
The independent sub-label of YG Entertainment also noted their excitement to worth with Park Bo Gum, whose status as one of the top Hallyu stars reached the international entertainment scene.
The agency also shared its plans of using all its strength and knowledge to extend his charmed in acting and singing.
“We will go all out in our support [of Park Bo Gum] all over the world,” the agency added.
THEBLACKLABEL is under the supervision of YG Entertainment producer Teddy Park and rapper Kush. Its current talent lineup includes musicians Jeon Somi, Taeyang, Zion T., Vince, and Loren.
The agency also signed other actors and models, including Lee Jun Young, Lee Joo Myung, Ella Gross, and Heo Jae Hyuk.
