SBS’ newest horror-drama, “Revenant,” will star Kim Tae-ri. SBS, one of the leading South Korean broadcasting channels, will soon tell a daring, occult-mystery, and horrific story of Gu-San Yeong, a woman possessed by a devil.
SBS announced that the series would star the ‘Kingdom’ actress and is written by famous screenwriter Kim Eun-Hee. Alongside Kim Tae-ri, Oh Jung-Se will play Yeom Hae-sang, a professor of native studies who can see spirits and devils.
Kim Eun-hee is famous for writing screenplays for the dramas “Sign” in 2011, “Phantom” in 2012, and “Kingdom,” which reached both critical and commercial acclaim.
“Revenant” will air on SBS on June 23.
