An investigation is currently taking place after it’s been discovered that a famous CEO of an entertainment label forces its trainees to send their pictures in underwear every week. The Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency continues to probe into the matter after receiving a complaint in June that CEO A ‘requests’ girl group trainees to send photos of them in their underwear. CEO A receives these mobile photos with front, back, and side views every Tuesday, and it’s been noted that he’s been doing this from April to June.
CEO A claimed that asking for underwear pics was one of the measures to shorten the company trainees’ debut periods and termed these ‘body checks.’ The police seized and searched the entertainment agency last month. After securing CEO A’s cellphone and computer, they conducted a forensic analysis and found the said photos.
CEO A remains adamant in claiming innocence, explaining that it was done with the consent of both foreign and Korean trainees with no sexual intention.
