ENA tapped seasoned drama actors Yoo In Na, Yoon Hyun Min, and Joo Sang Wook to star in the upcoming drama “Bo Ra! Deborah, the production team confirmed Monday, December 5.
Yoo In Na will play the titular role of Deborah, a renowned dating coach known for her wit and honesty. But despite her vast knowledge of dating, her personal love life remained unsuccessful.
In an interview, the actress expressed her excitement about her new role. “I’m happy and excited. I hope many people will laugh, cry, and relate together. I will do my best to showcase a great project, so please look forward to it,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Yoon Hyun Min will play the role of a handsome publishing planner named Lee Soo Hyuk. He seemed to be an idealist when it comes to dating, but things started to change when he crossed paths with Deborah.
When asked about his role, Yoo Hyun Min said, “I’m grateful to be able to greet viewers with a new project for the first time in a while. It’s an honor to be able to work together with awesome actors and production crew on top of an excellent script. I will work hard to do my best to film.”
The drama also stars Joo Sang Wook as the book publishing company CEO Han Sang Jin. He and Lee Soo Hyuk are close friends, yet he never had any trouble when it comes to dating. However, he rarely takes relationships seriously.
“I will be greeting viewers with ‘Bo Ra! Deborah,’ which will awaken viewers’ love cells! It feels fresh to greet everyone with a modern drama after a long time. We are having fun while preparing with the greatest director, actors, and staff, so please anticipate,” Joo Sang Wook said in a statement.
“Bo Ra! Deborah” is slated for broadcast in 2023.
