Hook Entertainment broke its silence on Wednesday, February 15, after actress Park Min Young reportedly received a summon from the prosecution in line with the current investigation about her involvement in ex-boyfriend Kang Jong-hyun’s embezzlement, dereliction of duty, and fraudulent transaction charges.
The actress got involved with her wealthy ex-boyfriend’s alleged illegal activities when Dispatch reported their relationship in September. But according to her agency, Park Min Young already broke up with Kang Jong-hyun and had no knowledge about his alleged crimes.
The agency also revealed that the “Love in Contract” star was summoned by the prosecutor on February 13 to serve as a witness for the investigation against Kang Jong-hyun.
