Following SM Entertainment’s artists migrating to HYBE’s fan platform Weverse, their September concert is confirmed to be available for live viewing on the livestream platform Weverse Live.
The agency announced that the company-wide concert SMTown Live 2023 SMCU Palace @Jakarta with KB Bank, set to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, on September 23, will be available for livestream on Weverse Live. In addition to Weverse Live, the performance will be streamed live through KNTV in Japan and Beyond Live.
The concert features veteran second-generation artists such as TVXQ and Super Junior. It will also feature Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, aespa, and SM Entertainment’s newest boy band, Riize. For Riize, this will be their first appearance in the SMTown concert since their debut on September 4.
The live stream on Weverse Live will have real-time subtitles in 11 languages, including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, French and more. For fans who couldn’t watch the real-time livestream, there will be a delayed stream on October 28.
