Entertainment agency THEBLACKLABEL denied claims on Monday, March 20, that former NMIXX member Jinni will sign an exclusive contract under their company.
The rumors started when a post from an online community claiming that Jinni is about to sign with the label quickly became viral. The claim started when netizens noticed that THEBLACKLABEL’s international marketing director Peter Chun followed her on social media.
According to the source, “It is not true that Jinni is signing an exclusive contract with THEBLACKLABEL. [Both parties] have never even met to discuss the matter.”
Jinni dropped out of the NMIXX lineup in early December 2023 when she terminated her exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment.
