88Rising released the lineup for the festival, and many were stunned at the amazing list of headliners that people would see. ITZY has a steady track of hit singles, from their debut to present activities, showing resiliency and girl power. They are famous both locally and abroad for their girl crush-cutesy concept. XG, the brainchild of Japanese label Avex Entertainment and the Japanese branch of YG Entertainment, have performed well with their latest comeback tracks, “Left and Right,” and “Shooting Star.”
Head in the Clouds New York Music & Arts Festival is hosted by the American recording company and label 88rising, focusing on Asian artists. The label described this year’s festival as a “return to where the company was founded almost eight years ago.”
According to HITC’s official website, the upcoming Head in the Clouds Music and Arts Festival is one of the biggest nationwide celebrations during Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month in the US.
ITZY will be headlining on the festival’s first day, and XG will headline on the second.
